Terms of Service

By using our website or engaging OncyTech Pvt. Ltd. for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.

OncyTech provides professional software engineering and digital solutions, including:

• Web Development
• Mobile App Development
• UI/UX Design
• AI Solutions
• Blockchain Development
• Cloud Solutions

The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, designating a point of contact for timely decisions, reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timelines, and making payments according to the agreed schedule. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of all completed project deliverables is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. OncyTech retains ownership of pre-existing code, libraries, frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed independently. OncyTech may use non-confidential project details for portfolio purposes unless restricted in writing.

OncyTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business data, and trade secrets disclosed during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for a period of three years. An NDA may be executed upon request at no additional cost.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the termination date. OncyTech may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or material breach.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in OncyTech's registered jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
